What is hango?
hango is a free tool that helps people working in Korea check how close their Korean is to TOPIK Level 2. It is brand new and made by one independent developer.
Who is it for?
Foreign residents in Korea who need TOPIK Level 2 (or an equivalent) for visa steps such as the E-7-4 skilled worker visa or the Social Integration Program (KIIP) — and anyone who wants a quick check of their Korean.
Where we are now
Right now hango does one thing: a free 5-minute diagnostic test. No account, no payment.
What's next
We are building tools to help you study after the test. If you leave your contact on the result screen, we will send your result and let you know when those tools are ready. That is the only thing we will use it for.
